Norse Jewel by Gina Conkle
If you like Vikings you will enjoy this book! Ms Conkle creates a story rich of beautiful descriptions of clothes, villages, customs of Vikings's lives. I like both , Hakan our Viking hero and Helena, his beautiful slave. Helena's stubbornness of going back home was getting on my nerves a little bit because she had everything to start a new life with Hakan and she still was complaining about going back home. But besides this, I recommend this book. I give it 4 starts. I take away one star for Helena's whining.
Plaid Tidings by Mia Marlowe
This book was so fun to read! I love Alexander and Lucinda characters but i think Callum Farquhar and Brodie McIver stole the show. They were so funny! If you like highland stories but a touch
of ghost mischief this is your book. 5 stars!.
Lord of Light by Kathryn Le Veque
Sir Roane de Garr is not a common knight. He is a Hospitaller knight cursed by a healing gift. Lady Alisanne de Soulant is young woman losing her seight. I enjoyed this book! It is always great to learn something new with each book. With this one, I got to know about the Hospitallers! Roane is a grumpy
and solitary man at the beginning of the book, practically closing the door on Alisanne's nose! But his cold soul it warmed up by Alisanne's sweetness. Kathryn's books are always a pleasure to read. I give this book 5 stars!!!!

The Black Sword by Kathryn Le Veque

My rating: 5 of 5 stars
This book is Phenomenal! I’d give it more stars if I could!
I read this book in less than a day. I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN.
Yes! This book was all I thought it would be and more. I LOVED it.This was her best.. if not then one of the best books she has written! All of the characters have life.
The heroine is smart and level headed. She is a strong fighter but out of necessity not out of the desire to prove herself. She is not pouty or petty (a trait that grates on my nerves) she has a strong womanly courage that is admirable.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to be swept away for a while!
Kathryn Le Veque is always a pleasurable read! I cannot put her books down. I can’t wait to start another.
I was sad to reach the end…. Kathryn I want more!! I am totally in Love with Devlin.
